About Legal Skills Series
This course offers a clear, practical framework for managing dispute resolution matters from start to finish. Participants learn how to approach each dispute with a service mindset, beginning with a strong first meeting that sets expectations, identifies key issues, and avoids common early mistakes. The program introduces the Three-Step Process Evaluate, Validate, Strategise & Execute which guides lawyers to gather information accurately, test their conclusions, and build well-reasoned, commercially aligned strategies.
The course also strengthens participants’ drafting skills by teaching them how to structure arguments, determine priorities, and present relief clearly and persuasively.
